Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Sale, clearance, or customised items are non-returnable unless defective.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at kinxi.asia@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review and send return instructions.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
- If an item is returned damaged or used, a partial refund or rejection may apply.
Exchanges
- Need a different item? Let us know — we’re happy to assist with one-for-one exchanges if stock is available.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Please inspect your order upon delivery. If it arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.
